The room was reasonably large and silent in general. A roll in shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet was a plus.
The staff - some of them were very impolite.

The location, nestled between the different chalets and the main building, was picturesque. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, especially Mr NOUBAR TATARIAN Deputy General Manager, who showed great hospitality. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. The hotel had impressive facilities, including a swimming pool and casino. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, adding to the overall experience.
The only downside was the language barrier, as some staff members had poor English skills.

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel and I couldn't have been more pleased. the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to make me feel special. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was treated like royalty. Secondly, the rooms were simply amazing. They were not only spacious and comfortable, but also had amazing amenities, including a breathtaking view of Yerevan. The luxurious red decor added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. Lastly, the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious. The variety of dishes, fruits, pastries, and appetizers was impressive and everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and I couldn't find a single fault with my stay.

The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel amenities, especially the modern spa and gorgeous indoor pool, were excellent. The customer service was really good, with attentive and polite staff members. We would like to express our gratitude to Ms. Stella Chumak for her excellent service. She were really good too meet our needs and even provided off-menu Armenian dishes. we highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
One small inconvenience was the limited international channels on the TV and the slow internet. it didn't significantly hinder our overall experience.

I loved this hotel! I went with my 5 friends and we had the best time. The staff were amazing, from the friendly receptionists to the lovely shuttle driver, Sarkis. The hotel itself is beautiful and there was nothing to complain about. I especially appreciate that they let us check into our room early in the morning. The restaurant with the daily music band created a romantic atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices and good quality. The room service food, particularly the grilled pork and lamb, was delicious.
Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area of Armenia's beautiful capital city, offering a peaceful atmosphere. the main restaurant serves a variety of meals, including good seafood. the spacious and comfortable rooms are well-designed, with good facilities such as a great kid-friendly pool, wide open lawns, and a good spa.
With limited staff, room service never answers the phone, which can be quite frustrating.

Our city break was a blast! We couldn't be happier with the complementary shuttle offered - it really helped us get around the city with ease. The hotel's location was also spot-on, giving us a fantastic view of the city center. But what really caught our attention was the complimentary breakfast they served - delicious!
Sadly, the breakfast wasn't always prepared and served on time, which started our days off on the wrong foot. Additionally, the waiters didn't seem to know what was going on, and they didn't offer any helpful information or explanations.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that met my every need. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre offered a variety of high-quality treatments. the indoor swimming pool was inviting and the sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi were all pristine and relaxing. the service did not disappoint, and the staff was professional yet friendly, catering to my every desire. the live entertainment was also a pleasant surprise, and I enjoyed the music while relaxing in the spa lounge.
The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant. Although the packed lunches and special diet menus provided some options, the variety on the dinner menu was limited.
